Welcome New & Returning Patients: PLEASE READ EVERYTHING LISTED BELOW

NEW PATIENTS: Please make sure to book an INITIAL appointment as there are intake forms you are REQUIRED to complete prior to your appointment.

BILLING & INVOICING: Please be advised that we do not do direct billing. You will be REQUIRED to pay IN PERSON and will receive the invoice via email. Online payment method is STRICTLY used for late cancellation or no-show fees. You must provide at least 24 hour notice for cancellation or you will be charge a fee.

LOCATION: We are located on the side of Luxy Nail Salon, the second door on your right. (TEAL BLUE DOOR). Please do not arrive more then 5min before your appointment.

PARKING: Very limited parking. It is available at the rear of building but only 5 spots that are shared with neighbouring businesses. DO NOT BLOCK THE DRIVE WAY BESIDE PARKING. Local street parking on Dunkirk ave.
